OPeN Way Career path snapshot

The Open Way Career Path Snapshot is a tool designed to give us data to work with during the coaching process. It helps us give some context both to where you are and to where you’d like to be, and can help us to prioritize our focus so it has the most direct, immediate impact.

The Snapshot takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Results and answers are confidential and won’t be shared outside of our work together. Unless we make a different plan, we’ll go through the results at our next session.
